Return Policy
What can be returned ?
The products from Fire Pit Brokers are in many cases built when you order them. They are made just for you. This means you have the ability to customize the product as you like. It also means returns will only be accepted if the item(s) arrive damaged and/or defective.
If you find the product to be defective we will accept your return as long as you follow these guidelines :
Inspect your merchandise when it is received and note damages on the delivery slip.
Contact us by phone at 844-653-4737 or email contact@firepitbrokers.com within 72 hours of receiving merchandise.
You need to contact us to receive a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can arrange your return.
Without a RMA Number we will not be able to accept your merchandise.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returned products must be in the original shipping containers with all packaging materials and anything else included in the packing of the product.
THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING IT. SIGNING FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE WILL PROHIBIT YOUR ELIGIBILTY FOR A REPLACEMENT.
Where do the items get returned to ?
When you contact us at 844-653-4737 or contact@firepitbrokers.com for the Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number we will provide you with the address the product needs to be delivered to.
How to process a return
Write your RMA# with a marker on the outside of the box. To get an RMA# contact Fire Pit Brokers at 844-653-4737 or contact@firepitbrokers.com
All returns must include all original packing materials and boxes.
Take the mailing address we provide and ship it back using a carrier that gives you a way to track it.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
When we receive the merchandise we will inspect it for the damage, and credit your card back 100% of the purchase price of the product.
