Shipping & Returns
Free Shipping. On everything. Yep, that's not a typo. Everything on our website ships free. Even if you place an order on multiple items. All orders will ship free with Standard Ground service to the lower 48 States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require shipment by air and are not eligible for free shipping.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses. You must have a residential or commercial physical address in order to ship.
Standard Ground Shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive after the Handling Time. Not all items ship from the same warehouse, your order may contain separate shipments.
Some of our items are "special requests" or not-on-hand products, please allow additional time for shipping and handling. Note current product handling times on the item's description page.
Free freight lift gate service. This option is limited to curbside delivery. The driver will take the delivery off the truck for you, but you are responsible for placing it where it needs to be on your property. For products that exceed lift gate requirements, you will need to arrange for the item(s) to be taken off the truck. You will be notified and contacted if this is the case.
A scheduled delivery is required prior to actual delivery. Please provide a convenient phone number at the time of check out to ensure prompt delivery of your order. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. Missing your appointment could result in a fee.
You are responsible for inspecting the package at time of delivery while the driver is present. If there is visible damage to the outside crate, box or product you will need to note the damage to the driver on the Proof of Delivery (POD) that is given to sign. If you sign for delivery without noting visible damage, the shipping company and Fire Pit Brokers are released from any responsibility for damage.

30 Day Return Policy
You can buy with confidence at Fire Pit Brokers. We make it easy to return your new, unused products for a full refund. Only pay return shipping. Simply submit a request within 30 days to return an item via our Contact Page or call 844-653-4737.
Will will issue a prepaid label to ship your item back via email. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit of your return. Once we have received your returned item and have inspected it to be in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund. Please allow 2 weeks for this process once your order is received back at the warehouse.
When returning an item that was initially shipped freight, it is essential that the item be returned via freight shipping service. The packaging used for items that are shipped freight may not be sufficient for ground shipment handling. Items returned damaged will not receive a refund. The customer is responsible for any crating fees required for a return freight shipment.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please thoroughly inspect your products immediately upon delivery. Maintain the original packaging until you determine that the product is satisfactory. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or with missing parts please contact us via our Contact Page immediately. You must contact us within 7 days from date of delivery to report damaged, defective or missing merchandise. After the seven day period, the product cannot be reported as damaged, defective or missing parts.
